Project summary:

A power generation facility was experiencing leaks in the floor area of an aluminum condensate storage tank. The corroded tank was taken out of service and a crack across the entire floor was found upon inspection. A fully structural carbon fiber composite was installed to rebuild the floor and prevent additional wormhole corrosion of the host tank. A highly permeation-resistant, glass-flake filled epoxy was used to line the entire floor area for increased protection.
