Project summary:

An activated carbon injection system developed multiple leaks, especially in the transitions. A carbon fiber repair kit was used as a temporary solution until the pipes could be replaced. The kits were installed successfully by the plant maintenance staff and served until the next major outage where the pipes were then replaced.
